The Mystic Equestrian Club, located at Mystic Forest, offers a full featured cozy stable, a 200x100 ft perfectly level (not a small feat in a mountain community), rail-enclosed, grass, show quality riding arena, turnouts, and forest trails: adjoining the stable, within riding distance, and farther out, US Forest Service maintained. Keep your own horse or two, or participate in the horse-sharing program. Or just come and offer them a carrot, pat their sleek coat, and admire their timeless beauty, the object of paintings, photographs, poems, songs, stories, legends and movies… ‘mystical’.
