Mystic Ridge Plat

The 44 homesites at Mystic Ridge are spread out over 110 acres of a mostly gentle rolling mountainous tract flanked by the Nantahala National. A number of homesites are atop the very cusp of the Nantahala Gorge with the river at a sheer drop of a thousand feet below. The ridges just across the gorge rise large and mighty, and unfailingly evoke an involuntary “wow!” as you first drive onto these homesites. Currenty only twenty of the Master Plan's forty-four are left for purchase, with the full range of site-features and prices.
