About Mystic River
The only known white-waterfront community east of the Mississippi is on the banks of the renowned Nantahala River with the National Forest along the facing bank. Indeed, the Nantahala National Forest protects nearly the entire length of the river and preserves its raw experience. The quarter to half-acre homesites are all waterfront.
Mystic River is the face of Mystic Lands and will host the Mystic Lands waterfront clubhouse and10-acre waterfront park with outdoor fireplace pavilion on the Mystic River Island. All Mystic Lands residents have rare private access to the river for launching or sightseeing along the 80-foot covered deck suspended over the waterfront. Yes, it is very much one of a kind.
